Here at Elements the menu is divided into a natural progression for a dinner, but you the diner are free to develop your dinner as you see fit. The menu only lists the main ingredients of each dish, so let your mind wander to what you think we are going to do with the dish and then let us try to surprise you. 

Dinner Tasting Menu

in the Beginning

~ Mussels- chorizo and tomato 8
Brussel Sprouts- sun-dried tomato 7

~ Romaine- asiago, parmesan and roasted garlic crustini 5
~ Spinach- gorgonzola, pickled red onions, walnuts and balsamic 5
~ Beets- carrot, arugula and oj 6
~ Panzanella – Italian bread, olive, herbs, tomatoes and romaine 6

Raviolo- chanterelle and tallegio and brown butter 9
Trout- lima bean and tomato nage 11
Crab Cake- lemon dill tartar and spinach 13
Salmon- artichoke, olive, pepper and onion 12
Rib-Eye- fingerling, spinach and demi 14
Pork- sweet potato, brussel sprouts, apple and bacon 11
~ Chicken- potato puree and natural jus 11

Please be patient we cook every plate fresh and just for you… 
We prefer to cook most items medium-rare if you would like your item cooked a little more please inform your server…
