This is a sample of our five course tasting menu for your special event. Here at Elements we like your menu to be exactly what you want it to be, so if you don’t see the particular items on the menu that you know the quest of honor loves just let us know and we will customize the menu just to your liking.

Dinner Tasting Menu

First Course as Hor d’ oeuvres (passed or plated)

~ Pulled Pork Potstickers- bbq dipping sauce
~ Grilled Shrimp Cocktail– lemon aioli and cocktail sauce–GF
~ Goat Cheese Risotto Balls- sherry dijon dipping sauce

Second Course

~ Lobster Bisque– corn and red pepper relish
~ Tomato Basil Soup– basil creme fraiche–GF

Third Course

~ Hearts of Romaine Salad– asiago cheese, creamy parmesan dressing and roasted garlic crustini–GF
~ Arugula Salad- roasted pears, red onion, goat cheese and honey vinaigrette–GF

Main Course

~ House-Made Potato Gnocchi – mushroom, tomato and asiago
~ Crab Cake– garlic sauteed baby spinach and creamed corn sauce–GF
~ Bruschetta crusted Salmon – grilled asparagus and balsamic vinegar reduction–GF
~ Roasted Chicken Breast- mashed potatoes and roasted garlic jus–GF
~ Grilled Rib Eye Steak– fingerling potato, shiitake mushrooms and rosemary jus–GF

Dessert Course

~ Bread Pudding – crème anglaise
~ Flourless Chocolate Torte– vanilla ice cream and cholocate sauce–GF
~ Sorbet du Jour – citrus biscotti–GF

This menu is $41/person, plus tax and gratuity and includes non-alcoholic drinks. We offer full service for all parties and no room charge or corkage fees. We can accommodate up to 48 guests at the restaurant and have a second catering facility just 3 blocks away that can accommodate up to 125 guests.
