Summer's here in full swing and we're feeling Hot, Hot, Hot! We can't stand the heat, but we can't get out of the kitchen. We're too busy! If you haven't been to see us for a while, it's time to check us out again, and if you've dined with us recently we're sure you've noticed some changes. We have a brand new menu up and running showcasing many of Chef Fred's talents. Along with the daily specials there are many new reasons to try us for dinner. - Tuesday, July 22nd - Thursday, July 31st - "Christmas" in July - We're having a sale! - Would you like to start your seasonal shopping early? Whether you give them as gifts or you keep them for yourself, we are having a special on our gift certificates. For each $50.00 gift certificate purchased at regular price you will receive a $20.00 gift certificate for free. (Please note that the $20.00 gift certificates carry certain restrictions. They are not valid for special event dinners like Farm to Fork, Restaurant Week, and other specially advertised dinners.)
- Sunday, July 27th to Saturday, August 2nd - Farm to Fork - Partake in nature's bounty as our menu showcases local area farms. From meats and seafood, to fruits and vegetables, we will be using nothing but the finest and freshest ingredients provided to us by sustainable New Jersey farms. This is a 5 course price fixe menu at $35.00 per person plus tax and gratuity. This is always a popular dining series amongst our patrons, so book your table early. - Friday, August 8th - Andrew Whitman performs
- This is it. This is your last chance to see Andrew perform live before he heads off to school. He will be heading off to Tennessee to further his music education, and from there who knows, the sky is the limit. We may all have to purchase tickets the next time we want to hear him play live. So, come out and support our local troubadour, and let him entertain you with his charming compositions and sonorous solos.
Saturday, August 16th - N.J. Tomato Dinner - We're Red, Ripe and Luscious - But don't let the name fool you. This dinner will include a variety of locally grown tomatoes from hearty beefsteaks to a plethora of heirlooms sporting all colors of the rainbow. Chef Fred will be using his talents to create and present a menu all centered around the tasty tomato. This will be a price fixe menu of 6 courses for $35.00. So, if your a tomato lover, this dinner can't be missed. And if you're on the fence, jump off and taste what can be done with this lovely fruit. Saturday, September 6th - 2nd Annual 'End of Summer BBQ Dinner' - Come out and bid a fond farewell to summer as we grill in style. Enjoy all the pleasures and tastes of BBQ without the stress and mess of doing it yourself.
