Hello and welcome to another edition of Elements newsletter. As the heat gets turned up outside, Chef Fred will be turning the heat up inside (um, in the kitchen ... on the stove, get it?). We hope everyone enjoyed their Memorial Day holiday, and we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the men and women who serve in the armed forces. As school prepares to let out and vacations are about to begin, keep us in mind for a casual dinner, or perhaps an easy take out for when those days get really hectic. Let Maureen Molloy guide you through picking the perfect pairings for food, and to suit your taste and budget. Whether you are wine connoisseur, or a complete novice, there will be something for everyone. This will be a specially prepared 6 course price fixe menu at $45.00 per person plus tax and gratuity. Come out and indulge your tastebuds while savoring the dulcet vocalizations as Andrew performs for you from 6-9pm. This will be one of two chances to see Andrew before he leaves for school, so don't miss your opportunity to hear him.
- Saturday, July 12th - Bastille Day -
Celebrate French independence as the kitchen liberates some french classics. You're familiar with Chef Fred's ability to take the routine and tweak it, well he will be at it again as he takes some very classic French dishes and infuses them with his unique tack. - Sunday, July 28th to Saturday, August 2nd - Farm to Fork -
Partake in nature's bounty as our menu showcases local area farms. From meats and seafood, to fruits and vegetables, we will be using nothing but the finest and freshest ingredients provided to us by sustainable New Jersey farms. This is a 5 course price fixe menu at $35.00 per person plus tax and gratuity. This is always a favorite dining series amongst our patrons, so book your table early.
