Hello and welcome to another edition of Elements newsletter. As the heat gets turned up outside, Chef Fred will be turning the heat up inside (um, in the kitchen ... on the stove, get it?). We hope everyone enjoyed their Memorial Day holiday, and we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the men and women who serve in the armed forces. As school prepares to let out and vacations are about to begin, keep us in mind for a casual dinner, or perhaps an easy take out for when those days get really hectic.
