As I biked through the neighborhood with the sunny Spring weather to guide me along my path, I noticed the bright and cheerful colors of the season popping up in everyones yards. Spring is Here! April 4th - Friday (6 pm-9 pm) - Andrew Whitman will be returning to Elements for an evening of music. Fresh from his open mic night appearance at World Cafe Live, Andrew will be serenading diners with his own brand of soulful yet bubbly music. These evenings with Andrew are always a hit, so come out and join us for a relaxing dinner while enjoying Andrew's melodious voice.

April 13th - Sunday (5 pm) - Guest Chef Dinner (click for menu) - Executive Chef Kevin Taylor of Los Amigos will be in the house, collaborating with Chef Fred. This will be an exciting menu as these two chefs step it up a notch with some creative techniques and robust flavors. Chefs Fred and Kevin are sure to tempt your tastebuds and pique your interest and your meal will culminate in a special dessert presentation. This will be a 6 course, prix fixe menu for $55.00 per person. For this event, reservations must be made by calling Elements at 856-546-8840, and there will be a $10.00 per person deposit required.

April 23rd - Wednesday - Administrative Assistants Day - We will be offering a special prix fixe lunch this day to help you say THANK YOU to all those who help make your day run a little more smoothly. The price will be $14.00 per person and will include your choice of soup, entrée salad or sandwich, dessert and beverage (Coffee, hot or iced tea, or soda). (The regular menu will also be available, a la carte, for your convenience.)

May 3rd - Saturday night - Cinco de Mayo - Es una celebracion (just a couple of days early)! This will be 5 course prix fixe menu at $35.00 per person, and will include authentic Mexican dishes served in Chef Fred's classic style. This dinner has been a big hit in the past, so reservations should be made early.

Reserve Online - Reservations can be made by using our convenient link that will take you straight to Open Table. We encourage you to use this link, as it will help us to defray the ever rising costs that seem to be overtaking all of us. In doing so, we hope to continue to offer the same high quality products without raising our prices.

Catering - Also, keep us in mind for your upcoming celebrations. We are able to cater baby and bridal showers, rehearsal dinners and wedding receptions and graduation parties (that are just around the corner). Chef Fred can create a menu especially for your needs, and the event can be at your place or ours.

Two for Eight - Watch your e-mails on randomly selected days between 4-5 p.m. for this special offer. Make a reservation for 2 or more people for 8 p.m. or later. For the evening the e-mail is sent (and that evening only) your four-course meal will be prix-fixed at $25.00 per person plus tax and gratuity. Choices may be made from the entire menu including the specials for that day.
