We hope everyone enjoyed their holidays and welcomed in the new year with a bang. We would like to thank everyone who came out and spent at least part, if not all of their New Year's Eve with us at one of our dinner seatings. We also hope those of you who were with us to the end of 2007 have finally digested that gastronomic feast that was served. So again, a big thanks to all who dined with us that evening.

As everyone is enjoying this preview into Spring, we would like to remind you of some upcoming events sure to please your palate.

	We will be celebrating the 5th Anniversary of our opening. Yes, it's hard to believe that 5 years have gone by so quickly. It seems like just yesterday that we were beginning construction on the place. Come out and help us celebrate with a five-course tasting menu for $35.00 per person.
We will be participating in a Pride of Haddon Heights dining event with other local restaurants and will be offering a four-course tasting menu for $25.00 per person.

* Our next cooking classes will be held on two Sundays beginning at 1 p.m. -- February 3rd and 24th.

Come out and work side-by-side with Chef Fred Kellermann as you learn tips and techniques while preparing food that you will dine on and take home.
