Well, the official end of Summer is approaching fast, and we hope everyone has survived these hazy and sweltering days that have seemed to go on forever. We'd like to thank everyone who dined with us for a lovely season, and we look forward to cooler days and crisp nights that autumn will be bringing. As a final good-bye to summer, we will be having a "BBQ style" price fixe dinner on Saturday, September 8th. The menu can be viewed online and the cost is $30.00 per person. On the last Friday of every month we will be trying something new here at Elements. Live music will be emanating from our restaurant from 6 to 9 p.m. Our first night will be Friday, August 31, and we will be featuring Andrew Whitman. You may recognize him as he is a member of our staff and a very talented musician. Andrew will be performing his own original music as well as cover songs for your enjoyment.

As Fall approaches watch for further e-mails visit Elements Cafe Online for upcoming dates for cooking classes and guest chef series dinners.

Our first Guest Chef Dinner will be Sunday, October 7 at Los Amigos in Berlin Township. Chef Fred will be teaming up with Executive Chef Kevin Taylor for a southwestern-inspired dinner. The menu for that evening is available online and reservations can be made by calling Los Amigos restaurant at 856-767-5216.

Our next installment of BYOB Wine Dinners will be Thursday, September 27 at 6:30 p.m. For reservations call the restaurant directly at 856-546-8840 and the menu for the evening will be posted in early September.
